Job description

The Role:

The Third-Party Oversight Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Third-Party Oversight Manager in managing oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs), Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARs), and other third-party distribution relationships. This position provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient oversight activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases for all third-party entities.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, and training sessions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant materials.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Support data collection and analysis related to complaints, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate mystery shopping exercises and monitor training completion data.
• Assist in preparing oversight packs for governance forums.
• Act as liaison between the Oversight Manager and third-party entities.
• Coordinate check-in calls and regulatory update sessions.
• Disseminate regulatory updates, policies, and procedures.
• Support project management related to third-party oversight.
• Maintain project timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in implementing new processes or systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Oversight Manager.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the insurance broking industry or relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Experience with account executive led business or volume telesales is advantageous.
• Understanding of the insurance placement process is desirable.
