K.A.G. Recruitment is seeking a passionate IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast-paced, industry-leading Food Manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and experience variety in your daily tasks.

The position is available due to a promotion within the team, reflecting the company's promote-from-within culture.

• Role: IT Infrastructure Engineer
• Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
• Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
• Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 8:30am - 2:00pm (Friday)

What Youll Be Doing

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and future-proof IT infrastructure solutions.

• Experience in a similar IT Infrastructure role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
• A full UK driving license and access to personal transport.
• Ability to think strategically, act swiftly, and deliver confidently.
