Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking an IT Finance & Projects Specialist to join the BTS department in the UK. You will oversee governance for Procurement, Financial and Project activities within IT, balancing technical IT delivery with strong financial oversight.

The role combines IT expertise with budgeting, reporting and supplier management to support end-to-end IT initiatives and budget controls. Hybrid working is available with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Technical IT background is beneficial.
• Finance literacy with budget/financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in Licence Management and Supplier Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement governance across Procurement, Financial and Projects.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalogues and quarterly recharge invoicing.
• Maintain timesheets and budgets; support year-end accruals and fixed assets.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors (HMRC included).
