A leading company is looking for an IT Field Engineer Team Leader in North West London. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, providing technical support and mentoring while ensuring effective communication with clients. Work location: North West London (This is a field based role you will be required to visit multiple client sites) Ideal base locations for us are between North London and Watford.
Salary: Up to £50,000
Ability to obtain Security Clearance (Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years).

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
Littlefish is looking for an IT Field Engineer Team Leader to join our team based in North west London.
As the IT Field Engineer Team Leader, you will support a busy team of field engineers providing strong leadership, mentoring and coaching as well as being a technical escalation point for the team.
Alongside this you willprovide effective onsite and remote technical support to any Littlefish contracted customer for all hardware/software/mobile/print issues. Device builds and hardware installations as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will be required to communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLA’s.
