Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company providing services to public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with equipment installation, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve them.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and working on network infrastructure and PC products.
