Role: IT Field Delivery Engineer Site Supervisor

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday

Role purpose:

Broxbourne Business Partner

Build relationships to become “the voice of the IT service” with senior executives and managers, communicating in simple business language about the impact of business changes on IT services.

Be the escalation point and communication channel for business-impacting IT issues, contributing to operations, risk, and business planning.

Project Manager for Broxbourne IT projects

Oversee and coordinate IT change projects, including service and security improvements, and remote IT service changes affecting Broxbourne.

Engineering Lead for Customer

Supervise daily operations of engineers on customer sites, support hardware and software within SLA, and deliver efficient IT support services.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure on-site teams are prepared for daily tasks, aligned with SLA requirements
• Manage team holiday, training, and absence requests
• Communicate updates and requirements clearly to the team
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers)
• Complete software incidents and IMAC projects per procedures
• Install hardware per specifications with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with Call Administration and Service Delivery Managers
• Manage part movements and RMA processes
• Achieve KPI targets
• Follow all local safety and security regulations
• Process incidents within SLA using call management tools
• Embrace new technologies and maintain skills
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned
• Participate in 24/7 coverage via rota if required
• Work overtime when necessary
• Practice ‘Quick Win’ processes
• Mentor other engineers when needed
• Comply with policies and ensure health & safety
• Maintain company assets in good condition
• Familiarize with customer policies

Skills and experience:

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Full UK driving license if required
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Relevant technical certifications (or ability to obtain)
• At least CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Ability to work at height and perform manual handling activities
