As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our business, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role involves working both remotely and on-site, offering support to our office in Mayfair, London, and occasionally to our office in Chester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 service desk support with MSP experience.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure AD, Office 365 & Exchange Server.
• Handle market-leading firewalls, switches, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM, and VPNs for system management.
• Conduct hardware setups, patching, cabling, and system security checks.
• Ensure document control and maintenance of IT hardware.
• Support out-of-hours network-related issues.

Requirements:

• Previous technical support experience, ideally in the travel or GDS sector.
• Industry-recognized qualifications or accreditations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and initiatives.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and SonicWall is a plus.
