Role: IT Director / Head of IT

Location: Mayfair, Central London

Salary: £80k-£110k+ Basic + Package

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Director / Head of IT to join a prestigious digital media, advertising, and PR consultancy based in Mayfair, Central London.

This is a newly created role with the aim of transforming the IT function into a revenue-generating and business-enabling function, rather than just providing technical support.

The newly recruited IT Director / Head of IT will report to the Chief Executive and one of the original founders of the agency.

As the IT Director / Head of IT, you will be responsible for managing the IT function and playing an active role in client digital engagements. You will lead a team of approximately 25 people, including Helpdesk and DevOps, and work closely with the business to drive IT strategy and innovation.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as an IT Manager or Head of IT, with a strong focus on business outcomes. You will have excellent team leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
