Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The IT Asset Management team supports the management of all IT assets of the company, which can be measured and perceived in terms of cost, compliance, efficiency, etc., and optimize asset management.
- Support the management of all IT assets within the company and each Line of Business. Type II assets refer to all assets belonging to the IT category purchased through the company's Global Procurement (excluding Data - not purchased).
- Asset management needs to meet 100% management and compliance requirements;
- Asset management pursues the best fit of cost efficiency and process efficiency.
- Provide users with highly adaptable operation and process experience.
- The cost and usage are clear, and managers and organizations have a perception of the use of assets.
- Asset management data can support classified data analysis to meet the management needs of various businesses within the company.

Responsibilities
- As a regional asset admin, support the asset management work in the region, including not limited to the implementation of the company's asset policy, control of key process nodes, and realize the control of the entire asset life cycle;
- Thoroughly understand the global user usage scenarios, and assist in continuously optimizing the management process and usage strategy of IT assets;
- Assist in documenting the asset management system, formulate asset management SOP suitable for global standards, and provide guidance to front-line engineers;
- Through the analysis of asset data, prepare regular asset analysis reports, in order to improve the overall management efficiency of IT assets, reduce costs and improve efficiency;
- Assist in the inventory of the company's IT assets, and follow up the inventory results, and have special inventory strategies for important assets to ensure that the accounts are consistent;
- Cooperate with the audit department to complete all kinds of audits to ensure that the process specifications conform to relevant audit standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, IT technical background/experience is preferred;
- Understand the relevant knowledge of information system and its application software maintenance, and master the basic knowledge of IT specialty and general software and hardware;
- Have good customer service consciousness, language expression and communication skills, have learning spirit, have good team cooperation and document production ability;
- English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required, could communicate with overseas suppliers and users without obstacles, and having overseas work or educational background is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work, strong logic, sureness, initiative, good at communication and coordination.
