Multimodal Solutions, LLC in Birmingham is seeking an IT Delivery Lead to oversee IT projects within a designated value stream, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and IT strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans and roadmaps, build stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement with Agile practices. Travel within the UK and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects or cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and manage initiatives through to completion.
• Familiarity with ITIL, PRINCE2, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating cross-functional teams, removing obstacles and driving project delivery.
• Managing delivery plans, milestones, roadmaps, risks and dependencies.
• Building stakeholder relationships and aligning business and IT requirements.
• Providing delivery updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Managing the IT project pipeline, business cases and change activities.
• Identifying process improvements, innovation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Promoting Agile working and continuous improvement.
