Job summary

HelloKindred in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of complex IT and business initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and risk experience, with hybrid working and BPSS eligibility. Sheffield-based with 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and resource management.
• Familiarity with IT service management and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across programmes.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, security, and operations teams.
• Drive governance and reporting processes with clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure teams adhere to methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and third‑party suppliers to deliver contracted services.
• Lead steering meetings, governance forums, and workshops.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
