Job description

We're working with a leading legal and advisory firm on the delivery of a large-scale regulatory remediation programme for a UK financial services client. As part of the delivery team, we're hiring a IT Delivery Lead to oversee the implementation and optimisation of workflow and case management systems supporting redress and remediation activity.

This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. The role will require hybrid working, with on-site presence in central London three days per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the technical delivery of workflow and case management systems within the remediation programme
• Overseeing integration of data sources, calculation engines, and process automation
• Working closely with operational leads to ensure solutions align with delivery needs
• Identifying and mitigating risks tied to system readiness, flexibility, or data quality
• Engaging with internal and external technology partners and vendors

Requirements

• A strong background in technology delivery within remediation, regulatory, or case management environments
• Experience working with workflow or case handling platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian, bespoke tools)
• Understanding of how tech delivery interfaces with operational teams and regulatory constraints
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage delivery risk
• Prior experience in regulated industries, particularly banking or insurance
