Job summary

St Catherines Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Manager to lead and manage the hospice's IT function, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, resilient and effective in supporting day-to-day operations.

The postholder will help develop the IT and Data Strategy and deliver agreed IT plans that enable safe, efficient and future-focused services, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the hospice IT function.
• Develop and deliver IT plans aligned to the IT and Data Strategy.
• Ensure IT services are secure, reliable and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of IT services and support.
• Lead IT team with clear objectives and performance reviews.
• Coordinate IT projects and programme delivery within timescales and budgets.
• Manage IT budgets, contracts and procurement to ensure value for money.
• Support data protection, information governance and risk management.
• Ensure disaster recovery arrangements and business continuity plans are in place.
