Job summary

Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the IT Infrastructure Team and maintain the Trust's core IT services across data centre, cloud, server, virtualization, storage, cyber security and backup infrastructure.

You will represent IT Services to the majority of IT users and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role demands expert technical skills and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure leadership and management.
• Strong knowledge of data centre, cloud, server, virtualization, storage.
• Experience with cyber security, resiliency and backup infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Infrastructure Team to maintain and evolve the Trust's IT backbone.
• Ensure reliable data centre, cloud and server operations for the Trust.
• Drive cyber security, resiliency and backup initiatives across the estate.
• Represent IT Services to a wide user base within the Trust.
