Responsibilities

As part of BCG, you will provide consulting services focused on developing and implementing critical IT architecture and digital solutions. You will create technology platforms, deliver customized solutions—from data strategies to customer journey solutions—and solve complex challenges. You will work closely with client leadership, deploy IT strategies, leverage digital tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization. You will evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and promote agile methods. You will also guide junior team members, contribute to proposals, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in tech strategy, consulting, or IT project management.
• Experience with the insurance industry and core insurance processes.
• Knowledge of insurance packages like GuideWire, Duck Creek, or DXC.
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and customer-focused skills.
• Experience with legacy systems and modern technologies.
• Track record in Agile consulting and digital transformations.
• Experience in IT organization and process development.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings at peer level.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contextualize complex problems.
• Degree in STEM or business management with strong academic performance.
• Willingness to work outside of insurance projects if needed.
• Fluency in English (London-based), Dutch (Netherlands), or French/Flemish (Belgium).
