This is a key role within our IT Service Management team, offering the opportunity to shape how change is delivered, governed, and communicated across the organisation. You'll ensure that our change processes are robust, transparent, and aligned with business priorities minimising risk while maximising value. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end change management process.
