IT Business Partner / Underwriting / Claims / DUA / Insurance

Senior IT BP opportunity working with a global insurer. Hybrid working (3 days in the London office), salary up to £140k + bonus & benefits.

KEY SKILLS:

• Background of both transformation / delivery and BAU experience within a product focused insurance environment
• Extensive experience of Underwriting and Claims
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

THE ROLE:

The Senior IT Business Partner will take ownership of both BAU and delivery of key Underwriting and Claims products. You will be the go-to person for both the UW & Claims business teams to ensure alignment of product benefits to meet the needs of each team. The IT BP will oversee product roadmaps and product backlogs, stay ahead of risks, and constantly look for ways to improve, and lead and coach Product Owners and tech teams to deliver great outcomes.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will bring a strong background working in a product focused environment within the insurance industry with experience of Underwriting & Claims. You will demonstrate experience of contributing on BAU & project-based objectives, excellent communication skills with experience managing business stakeholders and 3rd Party vendors. You will constantly look for and delivery improvements within your team to meet the needs of the business.
