Job summary

Ayvens UK is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to help deliver our sustainable mobility platform. You will work across business and technical teams to elicit requirements, shape solutions, and support delivery with strong analysis and stakeholder management.

In this role you will translate operational needs into technical designs, manage expectations, and monitor progress while contributing to the broad change agenda within our Digital division.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting business change or technology delivery.
• Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience.
• Experience using MS DevOps or equivalent tooling is desirable.

• Facilitate delivery of new business systems by understanding operational and commercial requirements.
• Analyse business needs and translate into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to agree solution design and processes.
• Manage expectations of business users and project stakeholders.
• Communicate the financial and operational impact of change.
• Provide delivery teams with business and product knowledge to aid delivery.
• Help optimise scope, benefits and risks of proposed products and projects.
• Monitor progress: track activity, resolve problems, publish reports and suggest actions.

Incorporating Digital Product Management, Demand Management, Business and Technical Analysis, Technology Change & Adoption (IT PMO) the division ensures that technology programmes align with the business objectives and are successfully delivered to support the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
