Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves a focus on identifying opportunities for innovation, optimising processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the IT Director to assess and enhance the firm’s legal services through technological advancements and process improvements.
• Develop and present comprehensive project plans to the Strategy Board, outlining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support project proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and oversee project initiatives, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes and timelines.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the IT Director.
• Work collaboratively with the Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to design, configure, and deploy necessary systems and tools.
• Coordinate with the training team to organize workshops and training sessions, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies and processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of implemented projects, reporting on outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
