I am currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management to join our client on an initial 3month engagement. This role requires deep domain expertise across Internal Treasury, Accounting, and Operational functions, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business users and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Treasury, Finance, and Operations to gather and define business and technical requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, data flows, and systems to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Act as a liaison between business SMEs and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support solution design, UAT planning, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical or Functional Business Analyst in a Wealth Management or Private Banking environment.
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of internal treasury operations, accounting processes, and back/middle office functions.
• Experience working on systems or projects involving cash management, funds flow, or reconciliations.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate complex business processes into technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of wealth management platforms or accounting systems.
• Experience working with Mambu or a similar system.
