Job summary

Deloitte is hiring for IT Audit Specialist roles in an Early Careers programme. You will identify technology risks, evaluate IT controls and cybersecurity measures, and assess the impact of emerging technologies on the control environment.

The programme combines structured training with real client work, mentoring and progression support. You’ll undertake a comprehensive training scheme, gain responsibility from day one, and pursue qualifications such as CISA or an MSc in Digital and Business

Qualifications

• You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.
• We have identified 10 core skills that are essential to all of our roles in Early Careers.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology-related risks and evaluate IT controls and cybersecurity measures.
• Assess the impact of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) on an organisation's control environment.
• Work alongside financial audit teams to provide practical insights that support high-quality audits and strengthen trust in technology-enabled processes.
