Job summary

Deloitte is offering an IT Audit Industrial Placement in the UK for a 12‑month period. You will work with the IT Audit team to identify technology risks, test IT controls, and communicate findings to stakeholders, gaining exposure to a range of organisations and complex projects.

You’ll be supported by a comprehensive induction and buddy system, with opportunities to progress to a Graduate Programme and a potential job offer in September 2028, depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline.
• Penultimate year of your course.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: work in teams and build relationships within IT audit and finance.
• Risk assessment: identify and evaluate risks related to technology use.
• Control testing: assess IT controls design and test implementation and effectiveness.
• Communication: build relationships to support high‑quality audits.
• Reporting: contribute to audit documentation and stakeholder discussions.
• Innovation: contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes.
