Job summary

The Ulster Independent Clinic Limited is seeking an IT Assistant to support software development and implementation for the new hospital system in Belfast. The role reports to the IT Project Manager and involves administrative and technical duties across planning, testing, deployment and rollout.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years in a customer-facing IT role, experience in software testing and deployment, and IT qualifications such as GCSE English/Maths and an IT diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a customer facing IT role providing software support and hardware support.
• Experience of Software Testing, Development and Deployment.
• GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Higher Level National Certificate or Diploma in IT (or equivalent level).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical IT support during planning, development, testing, implementation and rollout of the Clinic’s new hospital software system.
• Assist with system configuration, user support, data preparation and training activities.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure successful implementation across the organisation.
