Job summary

Blue Arrow- Contact Centre is seeking a Deployment Engineer to support a large-scale IT deployment programme across the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care environment. This is a field-based role based at Knockbracken Healthcare Park in Belfast, supporting healthcare customers and contributing to an important technology transformation programme.

The role offers a quick application and onboarding process, along with the opportunity to gain experience on a major public sector IT programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT deployment, desktop support or field engineering.
• Strong hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently across customer environments.
• Flexible travel and site-based working.
• Access NI Basic vetting required.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy desktop and laptop devices.
• Provide end-user support and technical assistance.
• Travel between customer locations as required.
• Support remote workers and customer sites.
• Complete deployment activities in line with project schedules.
• Work within agreed service levels and performance targets.
• Deliver a professional customer experience at all times.
