Team Introduction
The IT Asset Management team supports the management of all IT assets within the company, focusing on aspects such as cost, compliance, and efficiency, to optimize asset management.
- Support the management of all IT assets across the company and each Line of Business. Type II assets include all IT assets purchased through the company's Global Procurement (excluding Data).
- Ensure asset management meets 100% of management and compliance requirements.
- Pursue the best fit of cost and process efficiency in asset management.
- Provide users with a highly adaptable operational and process experience.
- Maintain clear costs and usage data, enabling managers and organizations to understand asset utilization.
- Utilize asset management data to support classified data analysis, meeting various business management needs within the company.
Responsibilities
- As a regional asset admin, support asset management in the region, including implementing company policies, controlling key process nodes, and managing the entire asset lifecycle.
- Understand global user scenarios and assist in optimizing management processes and usage strategies for IT assets.
- Assist in documenting the asset management system, developing SOPs aligned with global standards, and guiding front-line engineers.
- Analyze asset data to prepare regular reports, aiming to improve management efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance effectiveness.
- Assist in inventorying IT assets, follow up on inventory results, and implement special strategies for important assets to ensure account accuracy.
- Collaborate with the audit department to complete audits, ensuring compliance with process standards and audit requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher; IT technical background/experience preferred.
- Knowledge of information systems, application software maintenance, and basic IT hardware and software knowledge.
- Good customer service, communication, and documentation skills; eager to learn and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); ability to communicate with overseas suppliers and users; overseas experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, logical thinking, initiative, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
