IT Asset Intelligence & Governance Analyst

Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an IT Asset Analyst within Service Intelligence/IT Asset Management. The role operates across Vocalink entities, supporting ITAM services, governance and reporting. You will collaborate with Security, Platform Services, Internal Audit, Risk and Operational Resilience and external customers.

Responsibilities include supporting baseline reporting, SME audits, governance, and development of enterprise-wide ITAM standards while ensuring data accuracy and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMC Discovery/CMDB or similar tools.
• Experience with Flexera Flexnet Manager Suite/Data Platform or similar tools.
• Ability to analyse large data sets from multiple sources and present back in a meaningful format.
• Experience in Payments Industry and UK regulatory knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Analysts with baseline reporting and gap analysis for ITAM.
• Assist with internal audit controls related to ISO27001 and vendor audits.
• Follow ITAM governance and ensure methodology compliance across VLL/VIL.
• Manage licensing/contractual requirements for key vendors and governance.
• Promote best practice for IT Asset Management tools and data sets.
