Mastercard is seeking an IT Asset Analyst within Service Intelligence/IT Asset Management. The role operates across Vocalink entities, supporting ITAM services, governance and reporting. You will collaborate with Security, Platform Services, Internal Audit, Risk and Operational Resilience and external customers.
Responsibilities include supporting baseline reporting, SME audits, governance, and development of enterprise-wide ITAM standards while ensuring data accuracy and timely documentation.

Title and Summary IT Asset Analyst Overview Service Intelligence/IT Asset Management is a critical function supporting the organisation running in control, monitoring/maintaining IT Asset Tools (BMC Discovery/Asset/CMDB & Flexera Flexnet Manager Suite/Data Platform), Lifecycle Management & Reporting. Providing key IT Asset Services to Vocalink Limited (VLL) & Vocalink International (VIL). There is a growing demand and expansion across VLL/VIL for increased Service Intelligence/ITAM Services. This role reports to and supports the Manager, IT Asset Management Role This role will work across and in collaboration with Internal VLL/VIL stakeholders, other Vocalink and Mastercard functions such as Security, Platform Services, Internal Audit, Risk and Operational Resilience along with external customers.
