We are excited to be offering our first ever IT Apprentice opportunity!

In this role, you’ll provide valuable day-to-day support to the IT team while gaining hands-on experience and working towards formal qualifications.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in IT and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of the organisation’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues across the business who require IT support.
  • Demonstrate an analytical, methodical, and systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Take ownership or escalate incidents and ensure all allocated incidents are recorded, documented, and completed within agreed service level agreements.
  • Operate in line with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) level 2 of “Assist”.
  • Apply a continuous learning approach to technology and IT solutions.
  • A level or equivalent work experience in an area such as Science or Computing.
  • Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Windows experience is desirable.
  • As this is a training-focused employment opportunity, qualifications are not considered necessary, and completion of GCSE English and/or Maths will be provided as part of the apprenticeship (if required).

*Please note this position requires office attendance 3 days a week during probationary period.
