Role Profile

Salary
Apprentice Pay Scale, actual salary £14,500 per annum

Contract
Full time, 37 hours per week
Fixed term contract, 18 months

About The Role

Moulsham High School is seeking to recruit an IT Apprentice to provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line support to all users within the school. The role will be based at Moulsham High School, with some travel required to other schools within the academy and to the central office in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete a level 3/4 apprenticeship course with our provider. There may be an opportunity for full-time employment upon completion, depending on the academy's needs.

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Has

• Practical knowledge of operating and maintaining PC hardware and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work with children of all ages.
• A desire to learn and enhance technical skills through recognised qualifications and in-house training.
• A cheerful disposition.
