You will lead ITIL-aligned changes, incidents and problems while collaborating with internal teams and external providers. A strong background in enterprise apps and data governance is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting and configuring enterprise or business-critical applications.
• Understanding application architecture, databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially change, incident, and problem management.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding data governance principles and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications.
• Lead application support, configuration, and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution in line with ITIL best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to drive system improvements.
• Support data integrity, governance, and reporting requirements across the business.
• Manage and support integrations between applications, databases, and external systems.
• Act as the technical owner for assigned business-critical applications.
