Job summary

CamWebDir is seeking an IT Administrator to work closely with our Head of IT to build, run and continually improve the technology that keeps Cellular Origins connected, secure and moving forward.

You’ll be hands-on across Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure and workplace technology, with ownership of the solutions you deliver in a small IT team. You’ll have scope to shape our IT environment and contribute to security, reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 in a live business environment.
• Experience with Windows devices deployment and provisioning.
• Ability to write clear documentation and explain decisions to non-IT staff.
• Knowledge of networking basics (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Migrate and manage Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Deploy Windows 11 devices using Autopilot, imaging and provisioning.
• Establish and maintain the network and wireless in our Melbourn office.
• Support and develop business applications including NetSuite and SharePoint intranet.
• Create documentation and repeatable processes to improve security and efficiency.
• Use automation to reduce repetitive tasks and explore new technologies.
