Job summary

Custom Interconnect Limited seeks a dedicated Clean Room Maintenance Engineer to maintain its ISO7 facility and manufacturing equipment in Andover, Hampshire. You will ensure safe, compliant operation of cleanroom utilities, LEV systems and HVAC, coordinating with Process Engineering, Production and Quality to minimise downtime.

You will lead daily maintenance tasks, plan monthly and quarterly servicing, organise calibrations, and support audits, ensuring clean room standards and reliability for

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in a maintenance engineering role within manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience maintaining clean room environmental controls (HVAC, HEPA, LEV) in ISO7 settings.
• Experience with standards: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean room facilities and manufacturing equipment to high functional standards.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance tasks per SOPs.
• Coordinate calibration visits and service with suppliers and external contractors.
• Assist with process engineering to address drift and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits related to clean room and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians as required.
