Job summary

Credera is seeking a Compliance Lead to manage ISO certifications and Health and Safety processes across the UK organisation. You will collaborate with senior leaders and system owners to keep certifications healthy, documentation current, and audits on track.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their compliance career who is organised, curious and eager to learn, with the ability to coordinate across multi-site teams within Omnicom.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO management systems (9001, 14001 or 20000).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple streams.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar standards and work with a US-headquartered parent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain management system operations and keep certifications audit-ready.
• Manage relationships with external audit partners and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate health & safety compliance activities and keep records/training logs up to date.
• Support continuous improvement and staff training related to compliance.
