Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Liverpool, UK, seeks an Environmental Advisor to uphold ISO 14001 at our North West Laboratories, under the Group H&S Manager, and contribute to Group Project Quartz environmental procedures worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in an HSE function, EMS management experience, and solid knowledge of UK environmental legislation; NEBOSH and IOSH are desirable, Lead Auditor certification is a plus. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Identification and engagement of stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Understanding and application of UK environmental legislation.
• Experience managing EMS and environmental risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Uphold ISO 14001 certification for AHK North West Laboratories.
• Contribute to Group Project Quartz by developing environmental procedures globally.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to drive environmental compliance.
• Support HSE team in environmental risk assessment and control measures.
