SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a wonderful two-form entry primary school in Islington to recruit an Early Years Educator / EYFS Teaching Assistant. The role is based in EYFS, supporting children aged 3–5 and working closely with the teaching staff to provide a high-quality start to education.

The position is a full-time maternity cover, 8:30am–3:30pm (4:30pm on staff training Mondays), Monday to Friday, with a daily PAYE rate of £100–£120 depending on experience.

Formación

• Experience delivering engaging EYFS activities in a nursery or reception setting.
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and play-based learning.
• Strong observation and child development skills.
• Ability to support children 1:1 and in small groups.

Responsabilidades

• Support the class teacher in delivering EYFS activities.
• Work with children aged 3–5 years to support learning, development and wellbeing.
• Encourage learning through play, exploration and continuous provision.
• Provide individual and small-group support and adapt activities to meet needs.
• Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Educación

CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
