Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for the Isle of Skye project to lead cost and commercial management on major civils packages. The role requires proven NEC contract experience, chartered status (RICS, ICES or CIOB) and the ability to mentor a commercial team.

Hybrid working with travel to Fort Augustus and Isle of Skye is included. You'll set commercial standards across the project, ensure value-for-money, robust forecasting, and collaborate with stakeholders and supply

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cost and commercial management on major civils packages.
• NEC contract administration experience is desirable.
• Chartered membership with RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
• Mentor to junior commercial staff and maintain CPD.
