NHS Scotland’s Highland region is seeking a Community Nurse to lead health and social care for residents on the Island of Coll, a remote Hebridean community with a small population and strong local ties.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, including the resident GP and social care partners, to deliver person-centred care across the lifespan. Flexible working and relocation/accommodation support can be discussed.

- RN with DNSPQ preferred or evidence pod relevant ongoing professional development.
