What You Will Do

• Promote a welcoming image to guests and assist them, forging great relationships
• Create and serve drinks according to customer requests and preferences
• Be knowledgeable about the menus to answer questions and make recommendations
• Follow steps of service, maintaining a guest-centric focus
• Set up the bar, including polishing glasses and completing all prep before service
• Build rapport with guests to maximize sales opportunities
