Responsibilities

• Lead ICT and information systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement and contract negotiations.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks and issues; provide status updates.
• Ensure conformance with PM methodologies and governance.
• Plan system testing, UAT, deployment and handover activities.
• Oversee knowledge transfer to operational support.
• Lead risk, issue and change management processes.
• Promote health and safety compliance across projects.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives within scope.
• Ensure projects deliver benefits, quality and value for money.
