Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage delivery of multiple IT and business system projects.
• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical and operational solutions.
• Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, budgets, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery and smooth implementation.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and performance, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross department collaboration to drive progress and decision-making.
• Manage change requests, balancing business needs with cost, risk, and delivery constraints.
• Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders on project status, achievements, risks, and benefits.

Rate: £28.74 ph PAYE (flexible holiday pay options)

The Role

We are supporting a large public sector organisation in the recruitment of an experienced IS Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical information systems projects. This role sits within a busy digital transformation environment and will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT and business application projects, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with organisational priorities.

The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and proven experience delivering technology projects — including hands on involvement with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
