Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions in Leicester is seeking a Data & Reporting Business Partner to govern ReportsNow dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data integrity and secure distribution across JD Edwards ERP and related systems.

You will train users, enable self-service reporting, and bridge IT with business functions to mature reporting capabilities. Global scope with travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• At least 4 years of IT Business Analyst experience focused on Data and Reporting (ERP reporting, preferably JDE E1).
• Hands-on experience with ReportsNow (preferred) or similar tools (Power BI, Hubble).
• Solid understanding of data structures, ERP data models and cross-functional processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience delivering user training or workshops is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ticketing/service management (JIRA, ServiceNow, OTRS).

Responsibilities

• Act as ReportsNow administrator ensuring governance, data integrity and controlled report distribution.
• Oversee reporting standards, naming conventions, scheduling and access controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support dashboard, KPI and operational report design within JD Edwards ERP and related systems.
• Provide functional reporting support, resolve issues, and ensure SLAs.
• Serve as main contact for complex reporting needs with advanced analytics guidance.
• Train business users for self-service reporting within governance standards.
• Review and approve reports for shared distribution to ensure data consistency.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and report performance for operational stability.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analyses.

Summary of The Role

This role acts as a Data & Reporting Business Partner for Trelleborg Medical Solutions, supporting business stakeholders with governance, administration, and optimization of ReportsNow dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reporting solutions primarily within the JD Edwards ERP and related business systems. The position serves as the ReportsNow solution administrator, overseeing report standards, scheduling controls, data integrity, and controlled report distribution. It also provides user training and guidance, enabling business teams to develop and enhance their own reports in a structured and sustainable manner. Acting as an interface between IT and business functions, the role supports more complex analytical requirements, ensuring alignment between reporting solutions and operational processes, increasing data visibility, decision‑making agility, and overall reporting maturity within TMS.

Education And Experience

• BS or BA degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role focused on Data and Reporting (proven experience supporting reporting solutions within ERP – preferably JDE E1).
• Hands‑on experience with ReportsNow (preferred) or similar reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Hubble).
• Solid understanding of data structures, ERP data models, and cross‑functional business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales).
• Proficiency in SQL (data analysis, troubleshooting, queries, etc.).
• Experience delivering user training or facilitating workshops is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ticketing and service management processes (JIRA, ServiceNow, OTRS).

Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements

• Role is a global role with scope including all TMS sites. Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations.
