Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced IRT Systems Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Interactive Response Technology solutions for global clinical trials.

The role partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to translate protocols into IRT designs, serving as a trusted advisor on system strategy, study setup, and best practices while managing projects through the full lifecycle from design to go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical research or technology.
• Several years of experience in clinical research, clinical technology, or project management.
• Hands-on experience delivering and managing IRT solutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, patient randomisation and supply management.
• Experience working with sponsors, CROs or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IRT studies, achieving milestones and timelines.
• Manage study implementation to support go-live ahead of First Patient In.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliverables.
• Support UAT activities and ensure systems meet study requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training programs.
• Support client meetings, bid defenses and quarterly reviews as required.
