Qualifications

• Strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be main client contact for eCOA studies in maintenance.
• Lead client update meetings weekly or bi-weekly.
• Travel up to 10% for Investigator Meetings as needed.
• Lead design calls and impact reviews, communicating costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to define next steps.
• Maintain documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and study materials.
• Monitor risks and support quality investigations as SME.
• Manage budget and scope for additional work when appropriate.
