Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an IRRBB Specialist in Leeds to translate complex risk analysis into clear business insights and influence senior decision-makers. This highly visible role combines deep IRRBB expertise with change leadership to drive regulatory and transformational initiatives.

You will oversee IRRBB model changes, partner with Risk and Finance, and present findings to governance forums, delivering strategic improvements. The role is hybrid with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within IRRBB or Treasury in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience with IRRBB balance sheet risk models (e.g. Quantitative risk management - QRM).
• Understanding of model risk management concepts and governance within a regulated banking environment.
• Ability to analyse complex model outputs and communicate conclusions clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate change initiatives across IRRBB, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Act as a senior IRRBB subject-matter expert across earnings- and value-based risk.
• Provide oversight of changes to IRRBB models, translating complex analysis into clear, decision-focused messaging.
• Establish and build effective relationships with Risk and Finance partners to support the delivery of change into QRM.
