Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an IRRBB Change Lead on a 12‑month fixed-term contract in a hybrid role based around Leeds Wellington Place. You will shape the future of Interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) with oversight of model changes and governance across Risk and Finance to drive regulatory and transformational initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in IRRBB or Treasury, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence through SME knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within IRRBB or Treasury in a regulated financial services environment.
• 2+ years’ practical experience with IRRBB balance sheet models (QRM).
• Understanding of model risk management concepts and governance within a regulated banking environment.
• Ability to analyse complex model outputs, identify key drivers and reach well‑reasoned conclusions.
• Experience presenting or contributing to senior governance forums, committees or regulatory discussions.
• Confidence communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate change initiatives across IRRBB, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a senior IRRBB SME across earnings‑ and‑value‑based risk.
• Provide oversight of changes to IRRBB models and translate complex analysis into clear messaging.
• Establish and build relationships with Risk and Finance partners to support delivery into QRM.
