Job summary
WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Lead to steer our ecology and environmental teams across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, shaping the Future of Nature Services. You will influence strategy, drive project delivery and strengthen client relationships.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, foster an inclusive culture and ensure commercial performance while delivering complex environmental and infrastructure projects across the island of Ireland.
Qualifications
- Experience leading ecology and environmental teams.
- Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and operational management experience.
- Experience in business development, major bids and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire ecology and environmental teams across Ireland.
- Create an inclusive, engaging and high-performing culture.
- Champion health, safety, wellbeing and flexible working.
- Oversee delivery of projects with quality, profitability and excellence.
- Provide senior technical leadership, governance and QA.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
- Support business development, bids and framework opportunities.
- Identify market opportunities and shape future growth.
- Drive collaboration across teams and geographies.
