Job summary

Compass Carter Osborne is building an Ireland practice within a high-profile, investor-backed group. The role offers autonomy to develop a stand-alone C-suite search capability with back‑stop platform support and a clear progression path to Partner.

You will lead end-to-end retained mandates, nurture deep client relationships, and scale a growing practice across healthcare, education, and life sciences in Éire, leveraging an established global network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retained C-suite search at Partner/Director or senior fee-earner level.

Responsibilities

• Own retained C-suite mandates (CEO, CFO, COO, Chair, NED) and leadership appointments across Éire.
• End-to-end mandate delivery from client briefing to shortlist, offer and placement.
• Build deep client relationships in Ireland and become the trusted contact for senior hires.
• Own the Éire practice, developing client base, brand and market position.
• Lead team build-out, mentoring consultants and researchers on the scale of the practice.
• Engage in client strategy and contribute to leadership discussions on brand and platform investment.
