Job summary

Barclays is seeking an experienced Credit Risk IRB Business Analyst to support regulatory and risk transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, working with Risk, Modelling, Credit and Operations to document requirements and ensure delivery aligns with PRA/CRR expectations.

The role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management and the ability to interpret complex data flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk and AIRB environments.
• Translate regulatory requirements into BRDs, user stories and data specs.
• Strong data analysis with focus on data lineage and quality.
• Stakeholder management across risk, modelling and operations.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and regulatory requirements.
• Gather requirements from Risk, Credit, Modelling and Operations teams.
• Document requirements and ensure traceability to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and build stakeholder consensus.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver regulatory change programmes.
