IR Data Analyst: Automation, AI & BI

Job summary

We are partnered with a leading private markets investment firm to hire a Data Analyst into its Investor Relations team — a role sitting at the intersection of data, technology, automation and commercial decision making.

You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Technology teams, helping to build a more data driven and automated IR function, delivering Power BI dashboards, SQL/Python workflows and AI-enabled improvements for reporting and insight.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis capabilities with an eye for actionable insight.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for business users.
• Comfort translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with automation and data workflows in a commercial context.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and manage investment and portfolio data for IR.
• Support investor reporting, RFIs and DDQs.
• Build reporting and dashboards in Power BI.
• Work with SQL, Python and Excel to manipulate data.
• Automate manual workflows using Power Automate.
• Improve data quality, reconciliations and reporting processes.
• Work with a new data warehouse and turn data into insights.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across Investor Relations.
