We're looking for a driven and customer-focused iQ Account Manager to support organisations in maximising their use of ERP and business management software.
As an iQ Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers who rely on ERP software to run their business operations - covering everything from finance and inventory to CRM, e-commerce, and business intelligence.
This is a dynamic role combining account management, solution consultation, and customer advocacy. You'll work closely with clients to support their digital journey, introduce new capabilities, and ensure long-term success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Identify business needs and recommend tailored software solutions
Prepare proposals and support product/service introductions
Lead annual service reviews to ensure satisfaction and drive improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver customer value
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records
Support marketing efforts and contribute to customer success stories
Required:
Diploma in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Full, clean UK driver's licence
Preferred:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A structured, methodical work approach
Customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
Track record of meeting targets and managing multiple accounts
